From your calendar folder, on the home tab, select share calendar. In the email that opens, type the name.

Open Outlook And Click The Calendar Icon To View Your Calendar.

Select calendar > shared calendars.

In Calendar View, Select Settings ≫ View All Outlook Settings.

Select ok and you’ll see the added people.

Open The Calendar In Outlook And Then Click Home ≫ Share Calendar ≫ Calendar.

In Calendar View, Select Settings ≫ Calendar.

Choose a calendar to share.

On The Ribbon, Select The Share Calendar Icon Within The Manage Calendars Group.
